Estos Términos rigen el uso de Chat Tico Online, la
plataforma de mensajería empresarial de Tico Online,
disponible en chat.ticoonline.com. Al usar el servicio,
aceptas estos Términos.
These Terms govern the use of Chat Tico Online, the
business messaging platform from Tico Online, available
at chat.ticoonline.com. By using the service, you accept
these Terms.
Chat Tico Online es un servicio operado por Isaac Céspedes Solórzano, persona física en Costa Rica.
Chat Tico Online is a service operated by Isaac Céspedes Solórzano, an individual based in Costa Rica.
1. Descripción del servicio 1. Service description
Chat Tico Online permite a los negocios gestionar conversaciones con sus contactos a través de WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram y correo electrónico, utilizando las APIs oficiales de Meta y de proveedores de correo, además de funciones de organización, automatización y plantillas.
Chat Tico Online lets businesses manage conversations with their contacts across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and email, using the official Meta and email provider APIs, along with organization, automation and template features.
2. Cuentas 2. Accounts
Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de toda la actividad realizada bajo tu cuenta. Debes proporcionar información veraz al registrarte.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register.
3. Uso aceptable 3. Acceptable use
- No usar el servicio para enviar spam, contenido ilegal, fraudulento o que infrinja derechos de terceros.
- Cumplir las políticas de WhatsApp, Messenger e Instagram, así como las leyes aplicables sobre mensajería y protección de datos.
- Obtener el consentimiento necesario de los contactos antes de comunicarte con ellos.
- Do not use the service to send spam, illegal or fraudulent content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Comply with the policies of WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, as well as applicable laws on messaging and data protection.
- Obtain the necessary consent from contacts before communicating with them.
4. Servicios de terceros 4. Third-party services
El servicio depende de plataformas de terceros: Meta; Supabase y Cloudflare para infraestructura; Resend para correos transaccionales de autenticación; proveedores de correo conectados por cada negocio; y, cuando se activan, proveedores de IA. El uso de esas plataformas se rige también por sus respectivos términos.
The service relies on third-party platforms: Meta; Supabase and Cloudflare for infrastructure; Resend for transactional authentication email; email providers connected by each business; and, when enabled, AI providers. The use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms.
5. Propiedad intelectual 5. Intellectual property
La marca, el diseño y el software propio de Chat Tico Online pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares. Algunos componentes se distribuyen con licencias de código abierto; esas licencias conservan sus propios avisos y condiciones.
The brand, design and proprietary software of Chat Tico Online belong to their respective owners. Some components are distributed under open-source licenses; those licenses retain their own notices and terms.
El Cliente conserva los derechos que tenga sobre mensajes, archivos, instrucciones, configuraciones, datos de contactos y demás contenido que aporte, sujeto a los derechos de los contactos y de terceros. El Cliente otorga a Isaac Céspedes Solórzano y a los subencargados necesarios una licencia limitada, no exclusiva y vigente solo durante el tiempo necesario para alojar, copiar, transformar, transmitir y procesar ese contenido con el único fin de prestar, proteger y dar soporte al servicio solicitado.
The Customer retains whatever rights it holds in messages, files, instructions, configurations, contact data and other content it provides, subject to the rights of contacts and third parties. The Customer grants Isaac Céspedes Solórzano and the required sub-processors a limited, non-exclusive license, lasting only as long as needed, to host, copy, transform, transmit and process that content solely to provide, protect and support the requested service.
El Cliente declara que cuenta con los derechos, autorizaciones y bases necesarias para cargar y tratar el contenido, conectar sus canales y comunicarse con sus contactos. No debe cargar material que infrinja propiedad intelectual, privacidad u otros derechos.
The Customer represents that it has the rights, permissions and grounds required to upload and process the content, connect its channels and communicate with its contacts. It must not upload material that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
Las respuestas generadas por IA pueden ser inexactas, no ser exclusivas o estar sujetas a derechos y condiciones del proveedor y de terceros. El Cliente debe revisarlas antes de usarlas y es responsable de decidir si puede publicarlas o enviarlas. Chat Tico no reclama derechos adicionales sobre esas respuestas más allá de la licencia técnica anterior.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, non-exclusive or subject to provider and third-party rights and terms. The Customer must review them before use and is responsible for deciding whether they may be published or sent. Chat Tico claims no additional rights in those responses beyond the technical license above.
Para reportar una posible infracción, escribí a soporte@ticoonline.com e identificá la obra o derecho, el contenido cuestionado, su ubicación y un medio de contacto. Revisaremos el aviso y podremos restringir el contenido mientras aclaramos el reclamo.
To report possible infringement, write to soporte@ticoonline.com and identify the work or right, the disputed content, its location and a contact method. We will review the notice and may restrict the content while the claim is clarified.
6. Disponibilidad y limitación de responsabilidad 6. Availability and limitation of liability
El servicio se presta «tal cual», sin garantías de disponibilidad ininterrumpida. En la medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables por daños indirectos derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Suspensión y terminación 7. Suspension and termination
Podemos suspender o cancelar el acceso ante incumplimientos de estos Términos o de las políticas de las plataformas de Meta.
We may suspend or cancel access in the event of breaches of these Terms or of the policies of the Meta platforms.
8. Cambios 8. Changes
Podemos modificar estos Términos. La versión vigente se publicará en esta página con su fecha de actualización.
We may modify these Terms. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
9. Ley aplicable 9. Governing law
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Costa Rica.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
